Nishiizu Town is situated right in the middle of Izu Peninsula, on the west side. At the popular tourist spot, Dogashima, there are protected natural caves and many other attractions. Also, Dogashima is home to many hot springs, such as Ukishima Onsen and Neginohata Onsen.
